Our Workspace Reservation Policies
How to Book Your Workspace
You can book your workspace right here on our website by clicking one of the rooms above.
You can also book your workspace in-person at Chelsea Coffee by scanning the pop-up QR codes on any of the tables in our workspaces or with our baristas at the cash register by the front.
These pop-up QR codes also allow you to order coffee and food to be delivered directly to your workspace!
Our Cancellation Policy
Once a reservation has been booked and paid for, you’re good to go!
Full deposit due at time of reservation.
Deposits are 100% refundable if your reservation is canceled 1 week prior to the event and 50% refundable if it is canceled 72 hours prior to event.
No refunds if the reservation is canceled less than 72 hours prior to event.
No-Shows / Late Arrivals
There are no fees issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
We do not issue refunds or discounts in the event of a no-show or a late arrival.
If you would like to book more time in a workspace, you can do so by scanning the pop-up QR codes on the table in your workspace or with our baristas at the cash register by the front.
